Yes, yoga. On 11-11-11 we meditated on the beach from 3:30 until 6:00 a.m. and I sneaked in this photo as the sun came up. Now back in NYC re-toxing, as a friend put it, and will post again when I'm sufficiently grounded.
Carol, take your time. With each year, every experience becomes more precious and more singular. Thank you for sharing yours with the rest of us.
